At Kendal Kosmetics, each appointment is carefully reserved to ensure every guest receives an elevated, personalized experience. Your time is important, and so is mine — this policy helps maintain the smooth, relaxing environment my chair and brand is known for. If you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice. • Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service fee, as your appointment time is specially held just for you. In the event of a no-show, a 100% service fee will be required prior to booking any future appointments. This protects the time set aside exclusively for you and ensures availability for other guests. (This will go 100% towards your service). A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged in alignment with this policy. I understand that life happens. A brief grace period is offered; however, arrivals 10 minutes or more late may require a modified service or rescheduling. If a new appointment is needed, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
